Construction activities were temporarily paused on 3 April following reported illness cases, reflecting SSAB’s principle that safety always comes first. Ahead of and during construction, SSAB has carried out extensive soil investigations, both as part of the environmental permitting process and through additional surveys as new areas have become accessible.
