Our Story. Working big for nearly 30 years. We work big while staying small. It all started in 1991 with one major account, and grew from there. Working primarily through word of mouth, The Orange Factory has serviced clients in dozens of industries — mostly large corporations, government agencies and not-for-profits. We have worked in finance, fashion, manufacturing, engineering, entertainment, retail, real estate, insurance, staffing, and just about every industry in between. Each is unique and interesting in its own way. Learning a new industry is always intriguing and we embrace the challenge.
