Our history Fruselva, founded in 2007 by Xavier Martínez i Serra after acquiring a subsidiary of PAGO Fruchtsäfte S.L., has become a European leader in the co-production of food products such as juices, purees, and smoothies in pouch format. Since its inception, the company has prioritized technology and innovation, employing advanced techniques such as pasteurization, autoclaving, and HPP (High Pressure Processing). In 2021, following a shareholder split, Martínez i Serra maintained leadership and expanded operations in the Americas and Asia, acquiring assets in Colombia and building a new factory in Barranquilla to diversify formats.
