“Our purpose is to make healthy and affordable food and nutrition available to all people in all places” Our History Our origin can be seen from the founding of Premium Ingredients in 1997 by Henrik Stamm Kristensen, a Dane based in Spain with a lifelong experience in the agri-food sector. Blendhub is the result of five ag-tech companies initiated by Henrik, all combining the native transparency and confidence of Scandinavia with the character and agility of the Mediterranean and Latin countries.His founding principle was the development of a transparent recipe offering to food producers (B2B) beyond the simple blending, packaging and quality control. Through the development and patent of the PPB in 2010, deployment of first localized hub in India in 2011 and the development of software and technology supporting a global replication model, in 2017 we launched an inclusive business model with the objective to facilitate localized production of food and nutrition focussing on products to final consumers anywhere in the world (B2B/B2C/D2C).
