Our founders bring to the table a wealth of expertise and knowledge on Belize based on years of education, training and experience in their respective fields.Manolo started his career in 1975 at Radio Belize as broadcaster, eventually moving up to become news editor. He then worked as assistant editor of The Reporter newspaper, contributing editor of the Amandala newspaper, and later editor of the Belize Times newspaper in 1979. He studied Mass Communications at the University of the West Indies Mona. He was appointed Chief Information Officer to the Belize Government in 1985. During his time as CIO, Manolo assisted in finalising the design of the Belize Flag.
