In this model of care, we strive to work with you for the health of your family without the complication of insurance payments. About Dr. Crestani Mary Margaret Crestani, MD Board Certified in Family Medicine Dr. Crestani is a graduate of the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, and the University of Alabama School of Medicine Family Medicine Residency Program in Huntsville, AL. She has been board certified in Family Medicine since 2002. She has worked as an independent physician in a traditional insurance based practice, as a faculty physician at the UAB SOM in Huntsville AL, as a locums physician (in urgent care centers and other physician offices) and most recently as a homeschool mother. She enjoys having time to get to know her patients and to work with them to improve their health.In addition to medicine, Mary Margaret enjoys spending time with her family, her church family, her homeschool group, as well as on her hobby farm and with her dogs.
